At the end of the day, his goal is to view a product and its features from the eyes of a user. Brian creates experiences that ease friction and bring joy.

Brian believes the best way to grow as a human is to constantly expose himself to new people, places and comically uncomfortable situations. He is naturally inquisitive and asks questions others often don’t. Brian is open-minded, innovative and passionate in designing experiences and products that make life easier for millions of people.

Over the past decade, he has led highly matrix, cross-functional teams in executing experiences that have shaped his career in product management, digital and marketing, including fostering togetherness among 60 million veterans and their families. Changing how students rent textbooks by launching textbook rentals in the same way Netflix transformed the video market. And, disrupting the insurance, financial and tax industries through emerging technology, self-serve customer experiences, conversational AI and machine learning.

He values open communication and easily adapts to change. In the evenings, you’ll find him changing people’s lives through inspirational and high-energy indoor cycling classes. Sometimes, balance is all you need.
